The Salvage Tug Oswell Foss is a classic single-screw diesel tug proven to meet the challenges of the Pacific Northwest. The Oswell Foss is used to provide towing and dive operations support, and features a defueling platform with 2,000 gallons dedicated waste storage. It is AMR’s general mothership for responding to marine casualties.

- Tow Plan Specs: The towing vessel Oswell Foss is a 75’ single-screw tugboat fully equipped with dewatering equipment, dive gear, air compressors, and an extensive damage control kit. Primary tow line is a 400’ 1.5” double braid nylon rated at 45,000 lbs. Tow bridle is a 2” double braid nylon bridle fastened to the forward cleats with chafe protection.
